A calendar manager can be nominated, that has the right to change event information. The manager must have a Gmail address.

For your calendar subscribers we provide you with a set of links that you can share through messengers, social media or email. We also offer a QR code that can be scanned, which is ideal if you want to print the links.
There are video guides and the team at Calendar on my Phone stand ready to support them.
To manage the events, a Google account is linked to the Cloud Calendar. Any changes are automatically updated to everyone that has subscribed.

Create multiple events from a data base query or list a sequence of events that effects each others time. As part of the service we include a spreadsheet based event management system for rule based time management and bulk event uploading.
